"I forgot the guy's name, but MY GOD is he a sweet saint!! We had a rat problem just recently that finally ended (rip rat), but then suddenly our fridge began to make a strange noise and it was LOUD... I was skeptical and a little embarrassed to call anyone but didn't have the nerve to look back there myself. In comes Meraki's. , and I was getting nervous about what the sound meant. The guy to came moved the fridge like nothing and looked- and sure enough, the previous rat had tried making a home there, and chewed through some (thankfully unimportant) wires. The rat even dragged in a PICTURE for I don't know what.!"

He checked everything fully and did not try to up-sell us, or deceive us about what was possible. Ben attempted to defrost the water line without a charge beyond the consult (which was reasonable already), and provided advice about which fridge brands he recommends for the future. I found him to be knowledge, genuine, and kind, and would absolutely use them again."
