"Ben was great. My Thermador freezer was going off/on for a while until it didn't go back on. Had a referral from a friend that came highly recommended. However, realized the company was really a call center and connecting with several different technicians. I guess I got unluck because the tech quoted me a ridiculous price, said it was a freon issue, when I knew it wasn't. Got an indication it was the inverter board or compressor. I explained the symptoms to Ben. Not only did he come prepared (complete set of tools and diagnostic machines - not like the first guy who only gave with a set of screw drivers), he also brought the inverter board (in the case that was the cause - which it was). It was also a fraction of the cost of the initial quote that gave wrong diagnosis! Ben knows high-end appliances!!

"Have an old Thermador range. Called Ben who seemed to be very knowledgeable on phone re our two issues. One a burner which we decided not to fix now due to cost of labor and replacing the old part (range is 25 years old) Ben explained why so labor intensive to fix burner correctly which we appreciated and could make informed decision. He got our oven working again (2nd issue) by replacing the old igniter and again, very knowledgeable in diagnosing issue quickly. Do not hesitate to call. We will keep number should we need other appliance repair!

"Ben was very professional. He was on time and he was very helpful. He told us the problem with the oven and he took the time to look for the parts and communicated with us. This was so refreshing after we had someone else from another company who was referred by Thermador came in 2021. After we had paid him for the visit, he promised to come back with the parts and repair (with no extra charge for the second visit ) but he never came back. We tried to get a hold of him but he ghosted us. Ben on the other hand was very communicative. He explained He did the research and called various companies. He said the parts have been discontinued but he will keep on the look out. I would def call him again if we need appliance repair."
